Say What You Love.

This challenge will give you the opportunity to get to know yourself better, and in the process share yourself more authentically with others.

Being authentic is a function of acknowledging to ourselves and being willing to communicate what we're passionate about, what we believe in, what we resonate most strongly with. To stay safe and protect ourselves, we've learned to veil these essential points of interest and affection.

When we don't talk about our favorite things, however, we lose contact with them and slowly our energy for engaging with our world fades and shrinks.

Note how you feel, what kind of impact it has on those around you.

If you feel absolutely unable to say the words aloud to somebody, then write them down for yourself.
