Break 7 Corporate Training Programs are designed to improve organizational excellence through the combination of a unique diagnostic tool and the installation of an innovative training model. The purpose of Break 7 is to improve team performance by unlocking the hidden potential of individuals rather than focusing on what’s missing. The program is designed to anchor a working prototype for company growth that can be facilitated internally to produce unlimited ongoing value.
Typically Break 7 trainings begin with a presentation unit, where Rick performs, engages, and educates the staff through his entertainment and keynote address. Copies of Rick’s book, 7 Rules You Were Born to Break, are distributed to all training delegates for later review. Once the book has been read, each participant in the program will complete the 7 Rule Self-Assessment online, assigning values in relationship to their own rule breaking strengths and weaknesses. Data from the self-assessment is then used to create work groups, matching those who are skilled and able to break particular rules with those who require support and guidance in the same area.
Through a combination of real-time gatherings and exclusive online tools provided by Break a Rule through the Subscriber Inspiration Center, teams cross-train each other. In this way each individual is responsible for both acting as a mentor who stands for what he or she knows, holding others accountable for improvement, and alternately getting help and support from other colleagues with identified strengths in areas where they wish to improve.
The program cycles through 7 units which may be adjusted to a one-week, two-week, or one-month cycle each until all 7 Rules have been addressed comprehensively throughout the group.
