Today’s practice is to write a letter to someone you love. Family member, spouse, colleague, sibling, child, friend — you get the idea. The loves of our life are an authentic aspect of who we are. To express that love is to break the rule, Be Normal. Or perhaps you love nature, golf, your dog, classical music, shopping for shoes; it could be an activity instead of a person. Write it down. Just express your affection for something or someone today. You don’t have to send it, although if it’s a person you love, why not? Whoever or whatever it is, just own it by writing it down.
